Jack manages 20 acres of rotational, all usable land with a focus on regenerative pastured hogs and diversified crop-page, along with many other practices and trades in the scene of land management, ranching, farming, food, and getting folks what they’re looking for in their kitchens and households.

Rancher Operator of Green Star Farm an 85 acre diverse agriculture ranch in Sebastopol California. Sarah was born and raised in Sonoma County and has been ranching since 2008. She currently is the treasurer of the Bay Area Ranchers’ Cooperative. Before ranching Sarah was the Program Manager for a NASA Education and Public Outreach group out of Sonoma State University.

Tony Gregorio

Tony runs a first-generation family-operated cattle ranch in Watsonville, and works as a county political analyst. He has a law degree from South Texas College of Law and Master of Laws in Environmental Law from Golden Gate University. He has experience on several county commissions and boards including but not limited to: Water Advisory, Environmental, Human Services, and Regional Transportation, as well as experience in working on local elections. Previously he worked part-time at the last custom slaughterhouse in Santa Cruz County.

Fifth-generation rancher and owner of Fallon Hills Ranch, a multi-generation family ranch, raising animals humanely, sustainably and with love from their home to yours. They work toward a more healthy and happy community.

Kelly Osman

Owner of OZ Family Farm, Valley Ford, CA. Kelly is a 4th generation rancher whose roots go up and down the west coast of Sonoma County. OZ Family Farm has been known in the culinary circles for their “custom raised” rabbits to accommodate restaurants’ menu needs.  OZ Family Farms is recognized for raising niche meats, specializing in pasture raised, heritage breeds, and the needs of the chef and their menu presentation.

Misty West Gay

Director

Misty is Co-Owner, with her husband Jonathan Gay, of Freestone Ranch, raising grass fed grass finished beef on regeneratively tended Western Sonoma County hills. Land stewardship and lifelong learning about historic patterns of land care are their core values. They share a background in the early years of the Internet, where Jonathan was a pioneer of graphics software and Misty was a writer and organizer. She was and remains an herbalist, writer, and a serious home cook.
